Kennedy and Corbin are Three Weeks Old
Kennedy and Corbin are three weeks today. My have they grown. I think they are going through a growth spurt because they are wanting to eat every 2 hours. I am doing alot of learning about each one. Kennedy is miss drama queen. She doesn't like to be wet or dirty...even alittle bit. I am learning with Corbin that I need a shield around the diaper changing area...when the diaper comes off...the fountain begins. Thank goodness all of the extra diapers are in a box and that guards them from getting wet. He also gets a bath every other day because when he wakes up wet that means someone didn't put the diaper on correctly...we all have been guilty of this.
My team consists of my mom who stays with us Sunday night through Friday. Then Friday night through Sunday afternoon Phillip's parents come over to help out. Last Sunday was alittle rough when it was just Phillip and I after his parents went home. Rebekka accidently spilled a glass of soda that was sitting on an end table so we began cleaning that up..then both babies started crying and we had friends coming over in the next 10 minutes to bring us dinner. We got the babies settled (I held one and the other was in the swing) and then Phillip and Rebekka were helping clean up. After dinner was delivered (yummy Lasagna) Phillip and I took shifts eating. I am soooo grateful for the parents that help out. At night Phillip gets up for the midnight feeding and I do the other 2 feedings with the help of my mom or Phillip's mom who feeds the other baby. I think we would pull our hair out if we didn't have the help that we do.
